This notice covers information submitted through the Cyborg IT + Systems project form and direct enquiry channels.
What is collected
Your name, business, work email, optional phone number, project requirements, business size, location, timing and the details you choose to include.
Why it is collected
The information is used only to assess your enquiry, respond to you, plan an appropriate next step and maintain necessary business records. It is not added to an automated marketing list.
How it is handled
Online enquiries are delivered securely by the configured email provider to recieve@cyborg.email. Reasonable steps are taken to limit access and protect the information from misuse.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the project discussion, delivery, legal obligations or business records. It is not sold. It may be shared with a service provider only where needed to operate the enquiry service or deliver agreed work.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where there is no legal reason to retain it.
